Data Deletion Guide
You have the right to delete all your personal data from Hanoinow at any time.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Your profile (name, avatar, phone number)
- All AI assistant conversation history
- Personal settings and preferences (district, notifications, theme)
- Search history and saved articles
- Session data and authentication tokens
- Merchant registration data (if any)
* Aggregated analytics data (anonymous, non-identifiable) may be retained for service improvement.
Method 1: Delete In-App
The fastest method:
- Open Settings
- Tap Account section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm with OTP sent to your phone number
- Account and data will be deleted within 30 days
Method 2: Submit Request by Email
If you can't log in or want written confirmation:
- Send an email to support@softmaster.vn
- Subject: "Hanoinow Data Deletion Request"
- Include: registered phone number, full name (for identity verification)
- We will respond and process within 5 business days
Processing Timeline
Immediately
Account disabled, login blocked
Within 24 hours
AI conversations and activity history deleted
Within 30 days
Fully removed from database and backups
Important Note
Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Hanoinow again, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
