4. Content & Copyright
Hanoinow aggregates news summaries from public sources and always attributes original articles. We do not store full article bodies and always link to the original source under fair use principles.

5. AI-Generated Content
Responses from Hanoinow's AI assistant are auto-generated and for reference only. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of AI-provided information. Users should verify important information from official sources before making decisions.
6. Merchant Program
When joining the merchant program, you agree to provide accurate business information and comply with additional policies on advertising, affiliate links, and booking integration. Hanoinow reserves the right to reject or suspend merchant accounts that violate policy.

Hanoinow provides the service "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
